The plaintiffs Gerhardt Pruss and Anneliese Pruss, husband and wife, commenced this action to recover damages for injuries sustained by Mrs. Pruss when the automobile which she was driving was involved in a collision with a truck driven by the defendant Dennis Strube. The accident happened at the uncontrolled intersection of South Thirty-second and West Lapham streets in the city of Milwaukee about 8 a. m. on January 28, 1965.
